The breakfast with 'proper' sausages was fantastic. the location was marvelous and brilliant for my needs, being centrally located between Yorkshire, Manchester, London, and Norfolk. - the bar restaurant was convenient, and it was easy to embark on a hike with luggage. - Very handy being close to the Admiral Amusement Center.

A decent size room with all amenities as expected. Quick check-in and late check-out, welcoming stuff. Great location right by the shops and domestic area. Again, walking distance to a medieval church.

The room was great-sized and extremely pleasant with a writing desk and a heating system.
Luxury, clean place with fantastic friendly and fantastically friendly stuff from cleaners to bar staff and receptionist. Great and beautiful location - adjacent to the centre of a cathedral city as well as Peterborough as a `` central '' point between Yorkshire. Large room, good size bathroom. Excellant continental breakfast options...

Room was bright and airy. Double security entry was great for peace of mind that folk couldn't walk into the corridor off the street. Handy for all town centre shops and restaurants and the catherdral. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. I didn't have a full meal, but the bowl of soup I had in the hotel restaurant was lovely. I really enjoyed my stay.
There was an event in a building opposite on Friday night which was noisy late into the night, but completely outwith the hotels control. While they could not resolve the problem, the hotel staff were very good and did try. The night porter went outside to go and investigate and tells me that it is not a usual occurance.
